Strengthening TVET Management and Upskilling TVET Personnel to Meet Industry Demand Reflecting IR 4.0

School of Industrial Training and Education (SITE) is affording for being able to offer demanding technologies, knowledge and skills to Myanmar youth and TVET teachers by collaborating with both national and international organizations.

SITE also has future plan to offer new programs for new technologies, such as, Aerial Control technology. However, the lecturers and tutors are still demanding for skill upgrading to handle the modernized automation systems for hand-on skills. In addition, school managers would learn competitive TVET management system by applying more affective management system. It is aimed at implementing this project by collaborating between SITE, KRIVET and Hue Industrial College.
